This class is for those who want to learn to make some classic Spanish dishes they may have tried in restaurants (or at least heard of) but never attempted at home. They are the crowd pleasers, as well as recipes Spaniards consume very regularly ,and that are always easily found in Spanish bars and restaurants.

Teens aged 13-18 are invited to join us for three days of delicious food and lifelong lessons. Under the fearless guidance of Chef Mike, students will hone their knife skills (pun intended…), refine their pastry making, and behold the bounty of seasonal produce.

As the weather warms up, so do our grills! Its BBQ season and this class will help expand our grilling repertoire with Indian flavors and spices. Not able to cook outdoors is no problem, as this class is designed to work for cooks with indoor kitchens. Make this the summer of homemade ice cream! We will be making a toasted oaty cookie that can be used for sandwiching one of two ice creams or to use as crumbles mixed in. There are many ways to make a bespoke scoop that can only happen at home!
Note: Ice cream maker is optional, but not necessary.
