It's that time of year, y'all! Holiday Cookie Time, that is! Jennifer chose a variety of traditional cookies, where spices abound and butter rules. We'll learn how to make a variety of cookie types, from rolled, to dropped, to sliced. Working in teams with your fellow classmates, we'll make a lot of cookies. We'll approach this long list of cookies in a "divide and conquer" strategy, so though you may not work on every cookie, there are shared techniques between the recipes. We think dividing the recipes between groups is worth all the cookies we'll get to taste together! We expect to make more than we can eat in one sitting, so get ready to take some home.
