Samosa Primer

A hands-on in-person cooking class culminating in a dinner served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 14 students. Review our registration and cancellation policies here.
Join us for a hands-on, flavor packed class where you’ll create golden, crispy samosas entirely from scratch! Not only will you roll and knead the dough, but you’ll explore two traditional fillings; spiced potatoes and savory ground chicken while learning the secrets to folding and frying them just right. You’ll create vibrant and essential sides: fresh cilantro-mint and mango chutneys, a creamy mango lassi, and a rich, spiced chickpea curry (choley). Then we’ll bring it all together to create the ultimate street food favorite – samosa chaat! You'll gain practical techniques, deepen your spice knowledge, and savor every bite of your delicious creations.
