A two day, hands-on course, with each day a light meal (bread, cheeses and spreads, seasonal vegetarian salad) served with wine and beer. Day one is Saturday, March 30th from 4:00pm - 7:30pm, and day two is Sunday, March 31st from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Class is limited to 12 students.
