A hands-on workshop featuring Bi-Rite Market ingredients, and a glass of wine or cider. Each ticket admits one adult to decorate one house with access to decorations, tools, and a box to securely carry your creation home.

 

‘Tis the season to play with your food! Make your own savory gingerbread house from ingredients typically found on a charcuterie and cheese board. With Avital Ungar’s guidance, you’ll learn techniques and be inspired to make a wintry landscape that is delicious, too. Use salami to make scrumptious shingles, fresh rosemary to make festive wreaths, and grated parmesan as savory snow. We’ll have sparkling wine and spiced apple cider at the ready, so you can sip and build!
