With warm weather comes summer parties - and Annelies will teach you how to throw an amazing taco party with friends! Wow your guests by making everything from scratch, while accommodating vegetarians and meat-lovers alike.

Begin by making vibrant handmade tortillas from blue corn masa. Then on to the fillings! We’ll season and griddle broccoli in asada style to give it a deep, smoky flavor. Citrusy spiced chicken goes al pastor, and shredded beef simmers in chile-spiced broth.

Three kinds of sauces to act as a final garnish: bright and hot yellow aji salsa, house-style salsa casera, and a zippy jalapeño cilantro lime crema. A seasonal salad will be served on the side. Get ready to party!
