Gluten-free treats have a bad rap and more often than not described as flavorless, dry, and not something you would want to bring to your next dinner party... until now! Agatha Kulaga and Erin Patinkin, the duo behind Ovenly, the Brooklyn-based bakery known for creative treats that are sweet, salty, with a touch of spice - will share three cookie recipes which everyone, even gluten-lovers, will enjoy. In this hands-on class they will share tips and tricks while baking up pistachio agave, peanut butter, and granola bar cookies and anyone who has struggled with gluten-free baking will leave the class confident to master the craft at home.
