A two-hour with tasting with Pamela Busch, Luc Ertoran and Chris Scanlan.

Natural wine has become the subject of endless debate and evolving conversations. For many wine drinkers, it is a confusing topic, not least because there is so much disagreement among wine professionals themselves. However, as organic and biodynamic wines have become more popular, it has piqued the curiosity of consumers who want to know not only what makes a wine natural but also how it is influencing winemaking in general.

Pamela Busch of The Vinguard and an 18 Reasons wine instructor will lead a discussion on the current state and issues surrounding natural wine with two of San Francisco’s natural wine experts, Terroir’s Luc Ertoran and Chris Scanlan of Pain & Glory Cellars. The seminar will be accompanied by a tasting of six wines that demonstrate some of the concepts and methods included in this discourse.
