A fish butchery demonstration followed by dinner and discussion. Wine will be served.
Join chef and Alaska fishing expert Stuart Campbell and the team behind Dear North for this special event. Stuart is bringing a whole, wild King salmon he caught; he will demonstrate how he breaks down and uses every part of the fish. Following the demonstration, we will enjoy a mult-course dinner prepared by Stuart and his team.
