Hodo Soy Pop Up Dinner and Conversation with Tofu Master, Minh Tsai

In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, Hodo Soy, a popular maker of premium, organic tofu and delicious yuba products, is cooking up an inspired menu that showcases the versatility of its artisanal tofu and yuba products with its first-ever pop-up dinner. Over this exciting many-coursed meal, diners will have the opportunity to sit down with Hodo Soy founder and tofu master, Minh Tsai, and talk about all things tofu.

Hodo team, Linda Esposito, Valerie Ng (an 18 Reasons instructor and volunteer respectively), and Henry Hsu will prepare this creative, vegetarian menu and will share their knowledge of various ways to cook with tofu. Wine and beer will be served.
