Chefs Gracie and Elise are collaborating on a pop up dinner!!! This meal celebrates their shared love of bold, seasonal, and beautiful foods and their menu features the best of both of their respective cuisines - Eastern European and Korean. You can expect to indulge in copious varieties of fermented and pickled delights, rich hearty broths, dumplings, crispy pancakes and more! While working together at 18 Reasons, Gracie and Elise realized that cooking was their favorite way to show love. This meal is their opportunity to share that love with you and to express the love and inspiration they feel towards each other. The result? A playful, heartfelt feast you’ve likely never experienced before and may never see again. Eastern Koreapean cuisine might not be a real thing (yet!), but for one night, it will be.
