Sfoglia Club Fresh Pasta Pick Up

This is NOT a cooking class or dinner, this is a pop up for fresh pasta pick up! Participants will swing by our 18th Street location during the pick up window (1pm-3pm) and grab their pre-ordered, pre-packed pasta to cook at home! 

Sfoglia (sfo-lya) Club sells small batch handmade pasta. Sfoglina Tanaya is excited to bring you the Bolognese style of pasta making, which is rarely found in the U.S. She rolls out big sheets of pasta with a mattarello (a 1 meter long rolling pin), and packs it with cheese from Rainbow and vegetables from the Ferry Building farmers market. Sfoglia Club pasta is seasonal, handmade, and a joy to eat.

To get pasta from Sfoglia Club, you'll need to sign up via Hotplate. Once you do, Hotplate will text you when the pasta drops. Follow the link in the text and place your order. The order flow will have details with time and location of pickup. The pasta is made fresh the day before, then flash frozen, so you'll need to take it directly home and continue freezing it. Since it's fresh pasta, it'll cook within 3-5 mins. Once cooked, you can dress it however you like - whether it's just butter or a sauce and more! No need to remember this - your pasta will come with instructions on how to cook it and what to pair it with. Buon appetito!
