Attending 8/26 Community Dinner: Pork Belly Roast class with Mike on Zoom?
If you don't feel like shopping, you can buy an ingredient kit and pick up the day before class - Tuesday, August 26 from 5-7 pm at our location, 3674 18th St. San Francisco, CA 94110.
The box will include the measured ingredients listed in the shopping list posted here. You will need to prepare the pork belly the night before class (10-15 min work) and wash and dry the produce before class starts.
Please note that the ingredient kit includes perishables and we do not have freezer packs to keep food cold. If you live far away or need to run additional errands after picking up the ingredient kit, please plan ahead.
Please note that buying the ingredient kit does not include class registration. You will need to purchase a ticket here to receive class materials and be admitted to the class on Zoom.
