Mezze a centerpiece of Arab culture and heritage. It is how families and friend connect with each other over a large table of an assortment of plates. Preparing the mezze is also equally important to Arab culture. The preparation of small intricate dishes is often communal and requires a lot of attention and love. Mezze often includes both cold and hot dishes often eaten with fresh baked bread and varying in textures, colors, and ingredients.  Mezze is all about the love and attention given to making a beautiful spread.

Together we will:

  • Form, stuff, and shape kibbeh, a quintessential Arab finger food from scratch
  • Make smooth Arabic style hummus
  • Bake fresh pita
  • Learn about Middle Eastern spice combinations
  • Combine fresh seasonal herbs and vegetables with traditional Arab style recipes
