This exciting dinner -- cooked by the passionate home cook, Ghazal Tabrizi -- focuses on the cuisine of Northern Iran. This is remarkable food you are unlikely to find in any restaurant stateside. Travel to 18th Street and experience a fantastic foreign feast!

Mazeh: fava beans, walnuts, smoked white fish, onion
Zeytoon Parvardeh: marinated olives with walnut, pomegranate molasses, herbs
Goodeh Eggplant: stuffed eggplant with basil, walnuts & pomegranate molasses
Kateh: a special rice dish seen in Northern Persian cuisine
Kiloo Bij Naan: Northern Persian savory, a mixture of rice flour, wheat flour, yogurt, baking powder and turmeric
Caspian Tea: Black caspian tea originally from Northwestern Iran
Ghazal Tabrizi by holding bachelor of science degree in nutrition and masters of art in family and consumer sciences with specification by nutrition from San Francisco state university started Horest by focusing on her passion on refined and regional Persian food where each table will be a true representative of food culture of her hometown, Persia.
