Hodo Soy Pop-up
Hodo Soy is cooking up its second pop-up dinner, for which they'll re-interpret traditional Asian dishes with local summer vegetables and their artisanal tofu and yuba. Take a seat our communal table, enjoy chef-sought nama yuba, bite into succulent tofu meatballs, and dip light and crispy beignets into sweet soymilk.
Over this multi-course meal, diners will have the opportunity to sit down with Hodo Soy founder and tofu master, Minh Tsai, and talk about all things tofu.
