There have never been so many ways to get food delivered to your house. Where does a cooking school focused on great home cooking fit into this smorgasboard? We believe that home cooks like you, people who love food and love good ingredients, are pushing all these companies to be better:  healthier, more environmentally sustainable, and more flavorful. So when food delivery startup Sprig asked to cook our next Community Dinner, we jumped at the chance to open a dialogue between our community and theirs. What can a nonprofit community cooking school teach an accelerating startup, and vice versa?

Sprig is a mission-driven food company based in San Francisco built on the mind-boggling idea of real-time, fresh, delivery of food that's nutritious, delicious, and good for the planet. How can chefs translate the values of local, sustainable, slow food for a just-in-time generation? Join the conversation at our next Community Dinner!

In the week leading up to this Community Dinner, diners can make a donation to 18 Reasons through Sprig's website to help support our Cooking Matters program, and the CEO and Chefs of Sprig will be joining us for an evening of delicious food & conversation.

MENU
