Peruvian Pop-up: Family Traditions + Stories from Yesteryear

A three course dinner. Guests are welcome to BYOB wine and beer; we will also have bottles for sale.
This is a very special dinner and conversation. Nico Vera, our resident chef and expert in Peruvian cuisine, will be joined by his mom, Sara. Together they will prepare a traditional Peruvian criollo menu that will be served family-style. Sara will sit amongst diners to share stories and memories of the food and food culture of her youth in Lima during the 1940’s and 50’s.
