Join local chef Nico Vera for a night of a classic Peruvian food! Throughout the evening Nico will be talking about the history of these dishes, and we'll play some Afro-Peruvian tunes play on the radio.

The evening's menu will feature Arroz con Pollo, a traditional chicken and rice dish from Peru cooked in a spicy aji amarillo and cilantro sauce. It will be served with salsa criolla and a seasonal green salad. Bread, wine, and beer will be served with dinner, and a surprise dessert will end the evening.
