Marco’s cooking skills began with gourmet home training from his family starting at the age of 10. What began as a chore developed into menu planning and complete 3-course meals by age 14. He continued training as pastry chef and part time caterer, and now focuses his technique on his family's Adriatic and Mediterranean culinary heritage. He lives by his mother's kitchen motto: "if it took less than 4 hours to prepare, it was just a snack."
