Join us for this unique dinner, discussion and performance! Meet Patrick Martins, author of the Carnivore’s Manifesto and founder of Heritage Foods USA and Heritage Radio Network, and his co-author (guitar-playing) Mike Edison. They are here to talk interesting breeds, naturally mating animals, seasonal meat and corporate agriculture while you dine on a very special meal.
Taylor Boetticher of Fatted Calf will be bringing some of his famous charcuterie. Bi-rite's Sam Mogannam and Chili Montes will be cooking the main course, featuring some of Heritage's phenomenal meat. And we'll finish the meal with a special treat from our Creamery neighbors.
