Join us for this special event happening on Sunday, June 14th from 6-9:30PM.
Guests will experience a vibrant intersection of art, history, and culinary storytelling at this intimate benefit for A March Through Time. This fundraiser features a powerful visual presentation by artist and author George McCalman, who will bring to life his celebrated work, Illustrated Black History. Endlessly redefining the richness of Black history through this monumental project, A March Through Time, is ready to come alive.
The evening is anchored by a specialty menu from Chef Gracie Shatz, whose deep & endless curiosity in global cuisine and seasonal Bay Area ingredients will translate McCalman’s visual narratives into a multi-course "edible history." Guests can expect curated dishes, an illuminating live talk by McCalman on the evolution of the series, and a first look at exclusive exhibition materials. Every ticket purchased directly supports the continued journey and expansion of this vital historical archive.
