Refund policy

We know life happens, sickness, change in travel plans, and other unplanned occurrences can affect your ability to attend class. We ask that you view ticket purchases to a cooking class in the same way that you would think of purchasing a concert ticket - if you can't make it, you can always send a friend or family member in your place!

We require at least 7 calendar days' prior notice for all cancellation requests; seven days does not include the date of the event. We offer event credit only, less a nonrefundable 4% processing fee. You must email your cancelation request to info@18reasons.org. If you notify us about your cancellation within a week of your event, we cannot offer you event credit; however, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. For example, if your event is scheduled for March 15, your last day to cancel and receive credit is March 8.

If you sign up for a multi-day event (ex. 2-Day Workshop, 3-Week Series), you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 calendar days before the first day of the event. We are unable to offer partial credit or refunds if you are unable to attend a portion of the series.

We cannot transfer tickets between different event dates. You must cancel your original registration, receive event credit (if notice is given at least 7 days ahead), then register for the new event date.

If you are thinking of purchasing a ticket as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards an event that fits the recipient's schedule. If you purchase a ticket as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy will apply. Please reach out to info@18reasons.org if you have any questions.Â
