Jennifer is drawing inspiration from local produce to teach recipes that will work with fruit and vegetables from any season. You'll work in teams to prepare perfect, flaky pie dough; tender, fluffy, gluten-free biscuits; experiment with yeast; and learn how to prepare the gems of the season and let them shine. You'll learn how to adjust these recipes to suit your tastes and what ingredients you happen to have on hand. Additionally, you’ll learn how to convert a sweet recipe into a savory one.
Celebrate the flavors of summer and take home techniques that will serve year-round!
