Learn how to use chocolate in a variety of ways at this hands-on Valentine’s Day-themed class!
Chef Molly will teach you about different types of chocolate and when to use which kind. Create heart-shaped cookies, chocolate strawberries, and a chocolate pudding cake that will impress dinner party guests.
We’ll serve a light, vegetarian meal (seasonal salad, cheeses, and more) and enjoy a gooey cake fresh from the oven! Treats will be sent home with students for sharing with valentines (or for enjoying solo!).
