Please join us for a special event with Ari Weinzweig, Co-Founding Partner of Zingerman's Community of Businesses in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in conversation with Bi-Rite's founder, Sam Mogannam. They will discuss Ari's recently released pamphlet, "The Revolution of Dignity in the Twenty-First Century Workplace," as well as many of his other writings on Beliefs, Hope, and Zingerman's unique approach to Visioning, along with other musings at a pivotal time in our community, as by then we will hopefully know who our next President will be.

Ari's books and pamphlets on leadership and life will be available for purchase, and Ari will be honored to sign after the event. These books frequently inspire Sam and his team in running their business.

Light bites and beverages will be provided, courtesy of Bi-Rite Catering.

Location Note: this event will take place at the Audre Lorde Room in The Women's Building from 6-8:30 pm. The Women's Building is located at 3543 18th St between Guerrero and Valencia. The Audre Lorde Room is on the second floor and accessible by elevator.

Proceeds from this event go to 18 Reasons, a nonprofit that increases food security through the power of home cooking. In our modern food environment, access to nutritious food is not enough. Food skills help people make informed choices about what to buy and how to make healthy meals - but are not always taught in homes or schools. 18 Reasons bridges this gap through hands-on classes that welcome community members of all skill levels and culinary heritages. Across our programming, we seek to create a joyful environment where everyone is welcome at our table. Find out more at 18reasons.org.
