BiBimBap: Korean Rice Bowl with Beef and Mushroom Bulgogi
Available 14 left
BiBimBap is an iconic rice dish that might have been your introduction to Korean cuisine. It's approachable, delicious, and full of vegetables. This dish is our gateway to introduce ban chan recipes, some traditional and some with a California twist. These ban chan recipes will teach you about the Korean pantry, as well as inspire you to cook with what’s in season! We'll taste a variety of gochujang, the fermented chili paste, and make the sauce that brings this bowl together. To round out the meal, we'll also make a comforting broth. Learn about the history and cultural significance of this famous dish with Chef Polly!
