This class will teach basic techniques to build your confidence as a home cook and bring satisfying dishes within an arm's reach. Jaime Tjahaja will share the tips and tricks of making a vinaigrette, handling and roasting chicken, seasoning with spices, the importance of salt, and how to taste often and balance flavors. He'll share his favorite pantry items and what produce pushes him to keep exploring in the kitchen and he'll inspire you to do the same.
