Apples are a delight whether you eat them raw, pickled, cooked down into butter, roasted, or pureed into a soup! Join our head chef, Gracie, and our Assistant Program Manager, Alex, in crafting a delectable apple centered feast. You’ll start the class with a mug of warm, mulled cider to sip on as you enjoy an apple tasting paired with creamy and nutty cheeses. The class will end with hot, deep fried donuts filled with homemade apple butter and dusted with cinnamon sugar. Everything in between is bound to delight your taste buds and add new delicious dishes to your repertoire!
