Do you wish you were summering in Ibiza? In this class, we will travel there through these recipes! Strong fishing and farming traditions mean embracing the freshest ingredients from land and sea. A summer in Ibiza also means enjoying our food slowly and with loved ones. After all, we need a long lunch and siesta time to wait out that Mediterranean midday sun!

This menu features classic ingredients and cooking techniques of the region. First, Bullit de Peix is a traditional seafood stew with rockfish, potatoes, garlic, tomato, and spices. After serving the fish, you make a delicious rice with the leftover broth. It’s a 2-for-1 deal ideal for families! Next, Ensalada Payesa is a nourishing, simple salad with potatoes, tomatoes, and red peppers, enhanced with bonito (tuna) and croutons. Finally, greixonera transforms leftover pastries or bread into a custardy pudding to end the meal on a sweet note.
