In this class you’ll shuck, griddle, blend, blanch and blister your way to a delicious corn feast. Students will learn to make aioli, puree a beautiful corn soup (with a broth made from shucked cobs), roll out fresh pasta and bake an unforgettable cake. Corn lovers unite for this unforgettable night!
