Inspired by the culinary tours of Italy she has been leading for the past 5 years, our resident Italian instructor is launching a series that explores the traditions of Italian cooking region by region. Each class will feature three to four dishes from one region, with tales from Viola's Italian upbringing and from the in-depth explorations she leads. This edition focuses on the famous dishes of Sicily: the most iconic vegetable dish, the ultimate street food, and the world-famous dessert!
