Every summer, Linda brings a taste of Malaysia to San Francisco with her annual pop-up! While it’s not quite monsoon season, this will be a storm of flavors!
Fresh off a weeks-long journey through Penang, where Linda spent time with food makers, farmers, and artisan producers, she returns home with a suitcase full of carefully sourced ingredients, a head full of new ideas, and a kitchen ready to fire.
The menu below reflects what she has planned — though expect a tweak or two as inspiration strikes.
Note: This is a seated dinner with no hands-on instruction.
