Our head chef, Gracie Schatz, has been incredibly lucky to work under and amidst a bounty of inspiring, incredibly talented and passionate female chefs in the bay area. This International Women’s Day, she is taking a second to look back at all of the women that came before her and honor them by teaching a class and cooking a meal that showcases how their techniques and flavors have inspired her cooking. Food is so much more than a succession of ingredients and instructions - it is the story of everyone we've ever cooked with or for, the story of who we are today and what is in front of us. If you’re wanting to feel a deeper connection to the legacy of female chefs in our community, join us in cooking this unforgettable meal!
