Big Gay Dumpling Party!

Come celebrate Pride month by making gorgeous rainbow dumplings and sitting down to a dumpling feast with your community! You don’t have to be gay to join in, but you do have to love all dumplings. Students will learn how to make dumplings from scratch - they’ll craft rainbow colored Cold Water Dumpling Dough, enjoy three delicious fillings and spend the bulk of the class pleating and forming dumplings. After all of the dumplings are lovingly sealed, we will do a deep dive into the various ways you can cook your dumplings: steaming, pan-frying, and boiling. Class will end with a dumpling feast. Chef Henry has a deep passion for dumplings and is so excited to share his stories, tips and tricks with you!
