18th Hour Cafe with Josh Adler of Paris Wine Company

We're lucky to welcome back one of our founders, Josh Adler, to our classroom! After his role as a Wine Buyer at Bi-Rite Market and educator at 18 Reasons, Josh founded the Paris Wine Company in 2012. Vignerons in the Paris Wine Family work with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the traditional winemaking techniques to produced balanced, elegant wines that are redefining the direction of French wine. Josh will pour wines and share stories in the structure of one of our past traditions, 18th Hour Café! We'll have a menu to accompany Josh's selections: cheese and charcuterie from Bi-Rite Market, small plates, and Tartine bread; prices range from $3-$20. Registration is optional for this event!
