Salt tastings: Compare different salts and salty ingredients and learn what they actually do.
Side-by-side samples: Taste simple dishes seasoned with kosher salt, tamari, and not enough salt, so you feel the difference instantly.
Hands-on flavor play: Practice bringing a simple dish into balance in real time, with guidance and tasting cues you can repeat at home.
We’ll serve a light, vegetarian meal (seasonal salad, cheeses, and more) to accompany your tastings and play!
