There is nothing more important than starting the new year with all the good fortune you can muster, and this class will help you do just that!! A bowl of Tteok Mandu Guk | 떡만두국 | dumpling and rice cake soup is the traditional Korean way to welcome the new year. It brings loved ones together to make dumplings and share a warm meal symbolizing health, prosperity, and good luck.
In this class, we will make dumpling wrappers from scratch, prepare both pork and vegetarian fillings and a quick seasonal kimchi to enjoy with our soup.
