Everyone loves dumplings! Learn how to make dumplings from scratch, as well as all of the ins & outs of creating your own dumpling party at home. Henry is a self-taught chef and will share some his journey through dumpling making!
First, the dough. You’ll learn how to make Cold Water Dumpling Dough from scratch, and demystify homemade dough so you can ditch the store-bought skins!
Secondly, the fillings. You'll make one classic Taiwanese Pork & Cabbage filling in class, and use two other pre-made fillings, to fully focus on dumpling formation! The bulk of the class time will be used to pleat and form dumplings, and while learning the essential cooking techniques: steaming, pan-frying, and boiling.
