All event tickets are will-call. If you are thinking of purchasing a ticket as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards an event that fits the recipient's schedule. If you purchase a ticket as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.
Event Cancellation Policy: We require at least 7 calendar days notice for all cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers. You must contact us to request a refund between the hours of 9AM-5PM (Monday-Friday) by emailing us at email@example.com or calling (415) 568-2710. If you cancel fewer than 7 calendar days before the event, we will not offer a refund or credit; however, tickets are transferable and you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
Class menus are subject to change based on seasonality and ingredient availability.
All classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling; you will be notified via e-mail.
We keep an informal wait list that notifies you by email if a ticket is available on our website. If the event you like is sold out, send us an email to let us know. We'll email you if a ticket(s) is available to purchase on our website; we do not reserve tickets for people who ask to be on our waitlist.
Please contact us about any dietary restrictions or allergies at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please notify us in advance regarding restrictions or allergies; the earlier you let us know, the better!
By registering for an event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by 18 Reasons and its affiliates and representatives. If you wish to not be photographed or recorded, please let an 18 Reasons staff member know upon checking into the event.
